Article 1 - Scope and Modification of the General Conditions of Sale

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the website christianpiaget.ch. christianpiaget.ch reserves the right to modify or to change these general conditions of sale. If modified, it will be applied to each order the general sales conditions in force at the date of the order.

Article 5 - Order

Payment by invoice Switzerland

Upon receipt of your order, an email confirmation is sent to you by christianpiaget.ch and merchandise will be sent with an invoice and a payment slip. You agree to settle within 30 days upon receipt of your order.

Payment by check in euros

Upon receipt of your order and your check in euro, addressed to: Centre Centre Christian Piaget Sàrl, La Frêtaz 2, CH-1453 Bullet, christianpiaget.ch agrees to send you your purchases and send you an email confirmation.

Article 7 - Delivery and availability of goods

christianpiaget.ch deliver exclusively in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Europe and all other countries in the world. The delivery is done by mail or another transport service to the delivery address you specify when ordering.

christianpiaget.ch reserves the right to choose a partial or complete delivery by the availability of goods. The availability of items is displayed at the time of ordering. For shipments outside of Switzerland, it is possible that the customs of the country take taxes. These are not the purview of christianpiaget.ch. The cost of clearance shall be borne by the buyer. Given that the VAT must be paid in the country of destination, the Swiss VAT of 8 % does not apply.

In case of non-withdrawal of the package by the client (and return to sender), receipt and referral will be paid by the customer. The shipment will be executed on receipt of payment of such costs under the terms of payment christianpiaget.ch.

Article 9 - Right of withdrawal

All goods delivered correctly or open will not be take back or exchanged by christianpiaget.ch. Returns for reasons of "the goods are not like" or "merchandise is not suitable for" are not accepted. If the goods delivered correctly is not supported or returned, christianpiaget.ch charge to the customer the cost with a minimum of 20 .- CHF. The goods who have a manufacturing defect can be exchanged.
